David & Rafael did a great job overseeing the construction of our daughter’s patio extension with pavers. This project added fire pit seating & a grill area beside the covered patio.
A digital rendering was provided with the quote so we could see a 3-D version of the proposed prihecy.
David communicated with us throughout the scheduling and during the job.
The crew was on time, repaired irrigation, were conscientious & clean up the yard, driveway and street.

I do not recommend this company. We decided to use Elite and David on two of our home projects. Both projects have not been completed as agreed upon. First project: see photo attached. This photo is of the same area/photo that Elite now uses on their website and social media accounts. The photo looks nothing like what it looks like today, only a few months later. We were told that the weed fabric would be laid fully in the area. Once I moved some of the mulch around, they had only laid strips and there is large areas that have no weed fabric at all. You can see all of the weeds growing up quickly in the photo. The larger issue is that when David was quoting the project, he had stated they will use netting stakes to make sure the fabric did not slide down the slopped area. That was not done at all. As you can see from the photo the fabric continues to slide down the hill. This issue has not been resolved. Second issue: After having our fence power washed, we decided to price out having a company come in and spray the stain on our fence. David stated that we would need to buy at least two 5 gallon buckets of stain for two coats to be applied. David stated it would be an all day project. The morning of the project, Elite completed one quick coat (under 2.5hrs) using only one five gallon bucket. When I spoke to David he stated “the fence only needed one coat” even though when estimating he stated it would need two coats. The fence is already turning grey not even a month later. When I asked David to come complete the second coat, as promised, he decided to send a second invoice. After multiple back and forth conversations, David stated that instead of completing the service he offered he would offer a small reimbursement. Money was not the issue. Completing a service the way it was offered is the issue. I personally will no longer use Elites services and I would not recommend this company. I am not the only home owner in the Enclaves who is having these issues with Elites services.

We use Elite for our yard maintenance and they do a superb job.

We also just used them to mulch our front flower beds and de-1980's the stone castle someone places near our driveway. Brandon and Addison did an excellent job!

We worked with David for our quote and he was quick to send the contract and get the appointment scheduled. He followed up with us after the job was done to ensure we were happy. I wish I had before and after pictures....but at least here are the after! We would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a quality business.
